Using the tools
The tools are free to use for personal and commercial work. Code and images you generate with them, such as CSS gradients, are yours to use.
Games
The games are free to play in your browser, as a guest or with an account. The games, their artwork and code are © CrunchCube. Please don't copy, re-host or embed them elsewhere.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account. Anyone can play as a guest.
- Give a real email address you control, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- One account per person. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Your nickname is public. It must not impersonate anyone, contain someone's personal details, or be offensive, hateful or sexual. We may change or remove nicknames that break this rule.
Fair play and leaderboards
Scores are worked out on our server. Don't use bots, scripts, modified game pages, automated input or other exploits, and don't interfere with the service. We may remove scores, reset leaderboards, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Leaderboards are for fun: there are no prizes unless we announce otherwise, and we may change or reset them.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in My account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or close the account system with reasonable notice.
No warranty
Tools, games and articles are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can't guarantee they're free of errors or always online, so check anything important before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the site.

Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and account holders will be told about significant changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
